Didn’t love what you ordered? Our store is happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date for exchange for an item of equal value or store credit. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for an exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition.

Due to the nature of the product any Sexual Wellness product is not eligible for refund, however, many of them come with a manufacture warranty that may be helpful!

If your return is accepted, an amount equal to your original purchase will be credited to you in the form of store credit.
